You will receive an encoded MP3 file(s) of the untagged beat(s). The beat(s) file(s) can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Non-exclusive leasing rights allow you to use the beat(s) for ONE commercial recording project or broadcast.
This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies.
Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new non-exclusive lease or exclusive lease rights.
You may also use the beat(s) for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat(s) in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).
In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased non-exclusively, your rights shall stand and the beat(s) is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates the exclusive lease sale.
illBeatz.com will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the producer / beatmaker "Vincent Pishton" on all commercial recordings. For all projects uploaded to YouTube please give credit in the description area in the following way:

Upon purchasing leasing rights, illBeatz.com still owns the beat(s) and illBeatz.com is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
EXCLUSIVE LEASING RIGHTS
Exclusive lease rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts.
Get full rights to record, and mix the song(s) recorded to the purchased beat(s) in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).
Buyer receives the separate audio tracks of the beat(s) as 24bit 44.1 Tracked Out WAV files as well as a mixed down MP3-version of the beat(s) untagged and free of soundmarks to get your project started.
The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD.
You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive lease rights to the beat(s).
The original seller illBeatz.com may no longer lease or sell the beat(s)/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page(s) (no downloads there).
The seller illBeatz.com will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (Vincent Pishton / illBeatz.com) on all commercial recordings.
